Job Title: .Net Full-Stack Engineer (W2 Only) Location: US - Remote Employment Type: Contract-to-HirePosition OverviewKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular.Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with responsive front-end applications.Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support.Apply AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.Follow best practices for coding standards, security, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.Contribute to system architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular.Solid experience with SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Strong understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development methodologies or an AI-driven SDLC approach.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Candidate ProfileConsistent employment history with strong tenure.Most recent experience should include hands-on development using .NET Core/C# and Angular.Passion for modern software engineering practices and continuous learning.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
