Residential Architectural Drafter

About the RoleWe are seeking a Residential Architectural Drafter to support our design team in producing high-quality construction documents for custom homes. This is a Revit-heavy role focused on accuracy, consistency, and execution.You will work closely with Project Managers and Design Leads to translate design intent into clear, coordinated drawings.ResponsibilitiesProduce and update construction documents in RevitAssist in developing plans, elevations, and detailsMaintain drawing standards and file organizationIncorporate redlines and revisions efficientlySupport multiple projects at various stagesRequirements2–3 years of experience in architectural draftingIntermediate proficiency in Revit (required)Strong attention to detail and organizationAbility to take direction and execute consistentlyWillingness to learn and grow within a team environmentPreferredExperience with residential or custom home projectsAdditional NotesEstimated Start Date: June 29, 2026This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days/week)We are not actively seeking students, but may consider exceptional candidatesWe are looking for team members who want to grow within the firm over timeBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
