Job Title: Associate Director - Physical AI EngineeringEmployment Type: Contract (3 Months)Location: Alpharetta, GA 30009 – OnsiteRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Physical AI Engineering Senior Consultant to lead strategic initiatives within a Physical AI R&D environment. This role focuses on driving innovation across robotics and AI systems, bridging hardware and software integration, and guiding enterprise-level adoption of advanced Physical AI solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, technical leader, and mentor while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful, next-generation AI and robotics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic planning and execution of Physical AI initiatives aligned with business and technology objectivesProvide expert guidance on integration of hardware and software systems in robotics and AI environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovation opportunities in Physical AI solutionsConduct client-facing strategy sessions and technical showcases demonstrating solution valueEngage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable technical and strategic recommendationsDevelop thought leadership content such as white papers, solution frameworks, and case studiesMentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and continuous learningSupport project governance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI and robotics solutionsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Robotics or MechatronicsStrong understanding of AI, robotics systems, and Physical AI conceptsExperience working with NVIDIA platforms (Omniverse, Isaac, Cosmos)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience translating complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutionsFamiliarity with data analysis and using data-driven insights for decision-makingProven ability to support or lead strategic-level discussions with clients or leadership teamsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fieldStrong exposure to emerging AI and robotics trends across industriesDemonstrated leadership experience mentoring teams or technical groupsProven ability to define and execute technology strategies that drive business impactStrong experience in designing innovative solutions using advanced AI/robotics technologiesAbility to manage multiple initiatives and drive successful delivery in complex environments
