The Childcare Teacher will design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, foster creativity through activities, and provide a nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include supporting physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development, engaging children in interactive learning, and maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues and effective communication with families are also key aspects of the role.QualificationsProficiency in early childhood pedagogy and experience in childcareCreativity skills and the ability to develop engaging, age-appropriate activitiesFlexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of childrenExperience or training in kindergarten and working with young childrenStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferredProfessional, enthusiastic, and passionate about child development and growth
