Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.)Production Operator 1 and 2: $19.13 - 22.50 per hour (non-exempt), Level 2: $21.46 - 25.25 per hour (non-exempt)Machine Operator 1: $21.46 - 25.25 per hour (non-exempt)Material Handler 1: $21.46 - 25.25 per hour (non-exempt)Welder 1 and 2: $22.95 - 27.00 per hour (non-exempt), Level 2: $25.50 - 32.00 per hour (non-exempt)Machinist 1, 2 or 3: $22.95 - 27.00 per hour (non-exempt), Level 2: $25.50 - 32.00 per hour (non-exempt), Level 3: $28.05 - 33.00 (non-exempt)Production Available Shifts:Winsted:1st shift Monday Thursday 5am 3pm2nd shift Monday Thursday 3pm 1am (with a $1.50/hour shift differential)Weekend shift Friday Sunday 5am 5pm (with a $2.50/hour shift differential)Sauk Rapids:1st shift Monday Friday 7am 3pm2nd shift Monday Thursday 3pm 1am (with a $1.50/hour shift differential)Physical Demands - Production Roles :This position requires the individual to wear and work in company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires that the individual can lift a minimum of 50lbs. And, if applicable, can maneuver large, cumbersome equipment with the use of an overhead crane and/or forklift. Must be able to work in, on, or around equipment and machinery.
