Hybrid work schedule from Cannonsburg, PA area.ResponsibilitiesPursue new business with existing and prospective clientsLead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-offManage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffingLead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholdersOversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeoutPrepare project proposals and serve as primary client contactNavigate and implement public processes and municipal approvalsRepresent firm in professional organizations, business boards, and community activitiesRequirementsB.S. degree in Civil Engineering10+ years transportation design engineering and project management experienceProfessional Engineering License (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) nearing licensureDemonstrated DOT experienceClient relationship and business development experienceProficiency in MS OfficePreferencesMaster's degree in Civil EngineeringProficiency in MicroStationFamiliarity with PennDOT design standards  System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
