The goal of the account manager is to retain, grow, and expand current clients, and provide strategic long-term solutions to meet and exceed client business objectives.Account Manager Responsibilities:Act as the trusted advisor and first point of contact between Primary Services and our strategic clientsRetain, grow and expand client relationships, manage resources, and provide solutions that help our clients meet and exceed their business objectivesPartner with our team of Recruiting Consultants to determine recruitment strategy for individual and project hiringThis is a strategic selling and customer success role and, as such, you will be the clients' trusted advisor by providing solutions that drive clients' business objectivesThe Strategic Account Manager is responsible for representing enthusiasm to serve and support clients by consistently managing projects and consultantsDevelop and execute strategic account plans within assigned territoryDevelop and maintain trusted advisor relationship with the client through systemic communicationRetain, grow and expand staffing, project outsourcing, and professional services offeringsOversee the client's order management and solution fulfillmentEnsure a fast and streamlined process from order to hire to maintain customer satisfactionManage opportunities and deliver highly qualified professionals for client accountOversee and coordinate delivery of professional services solutionsDevelop and execute strategic account plan in coordination with salesArticulate immediate client needs to recruiting teamIdentify new opportunities with clients and accounts for global customer successNegotiate and close job offers and work with new hires to ensure their successAchieve quarterly goals focused on account growth and gross marginCommunicates effectively and timely to provide updates and share informationAccount Manager Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications, or related field.2-5 years of experience within Account ManagementRecruiting experience preferred, but not requiredExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade a wide range of customer stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressureStrong analytical skills; comfortable analyzing order, associate, and customer data to drive resultsDemonstrated experience in achieving revenue and profit goalsDemonstrated experience in resource management and project managementExperience with account management and customer relationship buildingExperience with ATS and/or CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
