With additional fabrication in Detroit, MI.Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Detailers to join our team at Universal Piping Industries. In this role, you will be instrumental in detailing. ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed Revit models for piping and plumbing systems.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop design specifications and project requirements.Prepare construction documents and drawings for project implementation.Review and modify designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all designs.Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables.Required QualificationsProficiency in Revit – Strong experience in BIM modeling, particularly in mechanical and plumbing systems.Construction & Fabrication Drawings – Experience creating detailed construction and fabrication drawings to support modular assembly and installation.Clash Detection & Coordination – Proficiency with Navisworks or Revit’s built-in clash detection for resolving MEP and structural conflicts.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
