Be a Nomad.QualificationsState License License must be in hand at time of application.Certifications ACLSCertifications BLS (AHA)Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in Critical Care in last 3 years.Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+.EMR EpicSkills Assessment CCM skills assessment with 2.7+ score.Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or temporary employee of facility in the past year.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Level 1 Trauma experience Must have: Previous Charge Nurse experience Must have: Epic charting experience Must have: Proficiency in Neuro and Surgical ICU care, including CVA/Acute Stroke management and management of multisystem organ dysfunction Must have: Experience with Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias and obtaining 12-lead EKGs Must have: Proficiency in Arterial line management, Central line/PICC management, and starting IVs Must have: Experience with Titrating Cardiac and Vasoactive drips, Emergency Medications, and Procedural Sedation Must have: Proficiency in Ventilator Management, care of ventilated patients, Suctioning (ETT, NT), BiPAP/CPAP, and High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Must have: Experience with Continuous IV sedation and Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade Must have: Proficiency in Blood Product Administration, IV insulin protocols, and Chronic/Acute Renal failure management Must have: Experience with Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention and Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoringFlu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.Travel Contract Must travel at least 75.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
