Our engineering teams work across web, mobile, and cloud platforms, delivering solutions that range from multi‐million dollar platform modernizations to fast‐moving, high‐impact digital builds.The OpportunityMindgrub is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead and scale our entire engineering organization. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for engineering delivery, performance, and growth across all client engagements.This role operates as a Director‐of‐Directors position. You will lead Directors of Web, Mobile, and Cloud Engineering while partnering closely with peer leaders across Project Management, Quality Assurance, Product Strategy, Design, and Managed Services Operations. You will report to the Vice President of Professional Services and play a critical role in shaping how Mindgrub delivers high‐quality software at scale.You will own engineering delivery from early sales solutioning through successful project launch and execution.
