Good news, you're in demand.What Fuels Success Here:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious mechanical experienceAble to work on an electric assembly1+ year of industrial maintenance experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus)Working knowledge of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysisFamiliarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standardsExperience using CMMS/SAP for work orders and maintenance tracking preferredBasic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) and ability to read diagrams/blueprintsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and respond quicklyEffective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracyReliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsOur partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve. A list of benefits will be provided to you upon hire.What You'll Be DoingFollow all safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in daily operationsPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility assetsTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; complete timely repairs to minimize downtimeSupport equipment overhauls, upgrades, and new equipment installationsMonitor and execute assigned work orders, ensuring tasks are completed on scheduleUpdate work orders with accurate notes, failure codes, labor hours, and materials in SAP by end of shiftIdentify, prioritize, and escalate high-risk equipment issues to maintenance leadershipCollaborate with planners and parts coordinators to ensure materials are available for scheduled workInspect parts and material kits in advance to confirm readiness for upcoming jobsProvide real-time line support by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and documenting unresolved itemsGenerate parts requests and follow MRO procedures to maintain proper inventory levelsCommunicate effectively with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams on equipment status and risks"They communicate and helped me understand what I was going to be doing at the job and what was expected of me."
