Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. 7 am–3 pm and 3 pm–11 pmResponsibilities:Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account informationWork with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guestsWelcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card informationManage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programsField customer complaints when necessaryQualifications:Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsHas previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsAbout Company:Welcome to Extended Stay Premier Suites - Pensacola - NAS Corry Station.
