EARLY CAREER Application Developer 1 – 3 years of Experience (Hybrid – Philadelphia / Wilmington Area)Location: Can be located either in Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE officeSchedule: Hybrid – 4 days in office / 1 day remoteApplication Developer supporting a modern, cloud-first technology environment.This is a high-impact role where you’ll be building and optimizing applications across CRM, ERP, and data platforms while working closely with business stakeholders.Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain applications, integrations, and workflows across platforms like CRM and WorkdayDevelop services and APIs using Python and JavaScriptBuild automation solutions using Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar toolsContribute to Azure-based architectures (compute, storage, identity, etc.)Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern DevOps practicesSupport reporting, analytics, and data integrations across systemsTroubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and user experiencePartner with cross-functional teams to drive automation and process improvementsExperience:1–3 years of experience in application developmentStrong skills in Python and JavaScriptExperience with REST APIs and modern application frameworksExposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Familiarity with DevOps workflows and modern engineering practicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or reporting toolsWorkday or CRM customization experienceExposure to AI/automation tools (Copilot, Azure OpenAI, etc.)Background in financial or professional services environmentsThis is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get hands-on with modern cloud architecture, automation, and enterprise systems in a fast-moving environment.
