Please do not share outside of the organization.Your RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team in a hands-on production role. This position involves setting up mechanical equipment, handling web and chemical materials, and safely moving materials across the production floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating programmable logic controllers (PLC), preparing and processing samples for in-process quality tests, and ensuring compliance with all operating, quality, and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include recommending process improvements, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of operations.Physical RequirementsLift up to 50 lbs.Stand/bend/twist for an 8-hour shiftThis is a C shift position 9:30PM-6:30AMWho You AreMinimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED1+ years of manufacturing operator experienceKnowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirementsPreferred Qualifications Strong understanding and application of basic math skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and WordComputer hardware/software experienceExperience handling chemicalsAdaptability and willingness to learn multiple operations and tasksExcellent verbal and written communicate skillsWork well independently while also being a positive contributor to a strong, cohesive teamPay Range for this position: $23.00-$36.00 per hourThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
