Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, for an Erection and Commissioning Engineer. The role involves overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, performing electrical testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all projects meet quality and safety standards. The selected candidate will also collaborate with project teams to execute technical designs, supervise site operations, and document progress to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications Experience in Electrical Testing and diagnosing electrical systems and componentsProficiency in commissioning processes, including planning, documentation, and team coordinationStrong Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges and system breakdownsSolid understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts and principlesFamiliarity with system-wide Testing procedures and quality assurance practicesExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork skillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualificationRelevant work experience in engineering projects and on-site commissioning
