Founding Head of Sales, US – Build the Market from Zero
Our client is a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS company in the security and compliance space — helping organizations automate audits, maintain continuous compliance, and accelerate enterprise sales cycles. With strong global traction, they are now entering the US as a primary growth market.
This is a founding commercial role. You will own pipeline generation through to close, while defining the go-to-market strategy that shapes how this business wins in the US.
What You’ll Do
Build the US market from scratch — 0 to 1
Generate pipeline through outbound, network, and events
Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
Close initial enterprise customers and create early traction
Define ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy
Identify and test early growth channels, including partnerships
What You Bring
Proven experience building a territory or market from zero
Strong hunter profile with consistent pipeline generation
End-to-end ownership of enterprise sales cycles
Background in B2B SaaS — technical or platform product
Experience selling into US enterprise buyers
Comfort operating in early-stage or scale-up environments
A Plus
Experience in compliance, GRC, or security-related SaaS
