This is a non-negotiable requirement from the clientOnly candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.Required:• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);• Experience in bulk electric system operations, preferably with an ISO, RTO, or utility control center (5+ years)• Experience with North American electricity markets and ancillary services• Experience with ICCP protocol implementation and configuration• Experience with NERC reliability standards and regional compliance requirements• Experience with energy storage market participation rules across multiple ISO territories• Experience with real time dispatch, scheduling, and settlement processes• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related fieldPreferred:• Experience with BESS or other energy storage technologies in grid applications• Experience in power system control center operations or market operations• Professional Engineering (PE) license• Experience with SCADA systems and real time data exchange protocols• Experience with grid forming and grid following inverter technologiesResponsibilities :• Provide technical guidance on regulatory compliance for BESS plant controllers operating in ISO markets including PJM, MISO, SPP, CAISO, ERCOT, and others• Review and validate control system designs for compliance with NERC and IEEE reliability standards and regional market rules• Advise on ancillary services participation strategies for frequency regulation, spinning reserves, non spinning reserves, voltage support services, FFR (Fast Frequency Response), and PRF (Primary Reserve Frequency)• Support ICCP implementation and configuration for real time market communication with ISOs and RTOs• Collaborate with control system engineers on setpoint management, state of charge optimization, and market dispatch integration• Interpret market signals and requirements for translation into PLC control logic and HMI displays• Support performance validation testing to ensure market participation requirements are metWhy apply?• Gain experience with one of the world's largest solar and wind energy providers, which last year briefly became the most valued U.S. energy company;• Work with a great team of professionals and learn newest technologies and approaches;• Enjoy our Client's wonderful campus with top-notch facilities for work and recreation;• Benefit from multiple projects extensions;• Receive support and advice from Vitaver consultants who are already working at our Client's site;• Get extra cash by participating in Vitaver Successful Completion Bonus Program;
