IT Service Desk Engineer
Your role as IT Service Desk Engineer is to ensure first and second level helpdesk support for internal clients and administrative support on behalf of the IT department.Your Tasks and Responsibilities (including but not limited to:Installation, configuration and setup of PC hardware and PC softwarePrepare and Deploy end user IT materialMaintenance of inventory of IT related hardware and softwareOperational helpdeskDocument solved issues and complete knowledge baseMaking back-up of operational data, including but not limited to changing tapes, inspect logs, restore files, …Responsible for daily maintenance of printers, workstations, devices, …Applying updates and patchesCreating /maintaining user accounts (new users, desactivation, jobrole changes ,… )Performing network troubleshooting, patching network connections as requiredAdministration (orders, quotes, training documents … )Your BackgroundEducation and certification Bachelor Degree in informatics, Computer Science or equivalent by experience.Knowledge /experience and personal attributesA profound interest in working with computersA strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude.Highly self-motivated and directed.Keen attention to detail.Problem-solving abilities.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.About UsCerba Research is more than just a place of work; it is an organization of committed individuals united by a passion to advance world health.
