This is a contract to hire opportunity.Company Profile:Home Health Care ServiceIntake Customer Service Coordinator Role:As a Intake Customer Service Coordinator you are responsible for managing the intake process for new clients and employees, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and compliance with policies and regulations. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.Process new clients/employees following established intake procedures.Conduct initial outbound calls to collect information and start the intake process.Build rapport to foster open communication and trust.Record client responses and relevant data accurately.Respond to client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance.Conduct follow-up calls to clarify or provide additional assistance.Meet daily and weekly call volume and data collection goals.Collaborate with team members to improve client engagement.Request service plans from coordinators as needed.Follow all policies, including data privacy, during client interactions.Maintain and update tracking reports daily.Review and process forms according to program rules and compliance standards.Maintain accurate client files and records.Prepare and distribute communications regarding missing documentation.Assist clients with completing documentation and budget adjustments.Support smooth client transfers to service advisors.Help develop tools to streamline intake processes.Observe confidentiality policies at all times.Comply with federal, state, and internal policies, procedures, and regulations.Intake Customer Service Coordinator Background Profile:High school diploma or GED.1-2 years of call center experience ideally healthcare customer service.Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.Able to work independently and collaboratively.Strong time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening.Effective written and verbal communication skills.
