Role Description We are seeking a General Manager to lead operations at our Courtyard location in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving guest satisfaction, managing daily property operations, ensuring profitability, and leading teams across departments. The General Manager will oversee compliance with brand standards, maintain staff productivity, develop budgets, and establish a culture of excellence and hospitality. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management: Experience in guiding diverse teams, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Operations and Financial Acumen: Proficiency in hotel operations, budget management, financial reporting, and process optimization.Customer Service Excellence: Strong focus on achieving guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards across all departments.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Skills to identify challenges, implement solutions, and make strategic decisions under pressure.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communicator capable of building relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.Industry Knowledge: Background in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.Relevant Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
