Manufacturing TechnicianLocation: Springfield, MO Duration: 6 MonthsResponsibilitiesAssist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipmentMonitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standardsPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand toolsAccurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systemsCommunicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goalsFollow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail to support on-time deliveryAssist in the production of quality products, timely, and safelyPromote a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and processesRequirementsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individuallyMinimum 2 years of proven and consistent work backgroundAbility to work any shift in a 3-shift environment as well as up to 4 hours overtime either before or after scheduled shift up to 12 hours (both daily and/or weekend)Consistent and dependable attendanceAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/FallAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing processAbility to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodationAll job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug testingPreferred SkillsPrior full line manufacturing experience is preferred
