Your specific duties will include:Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.Work on escrow openings and closings. (Work is very similar to work performed by the associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge).Provide a wide range of support within a functional area.Follow the functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed, and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.Required qualifications for the position include:High School diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of escrow processing experience.Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.Must have experience with Adobe Connect (editing PDFs).Solid understanding of functional tasks at an intermediate level.Preferred qualifications for the position include:Prior related industry experience preferred.Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
