Construction Accountant

Construction Accountant Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM - in office. Pay: $80K Real Network Services is looking for a Construction Accountant who is a well-organized self-starter demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. This role will provide support to the Director of Finance through data entry, processing and recording transactions, and performing other basic office tasks. The Accounting Coordinator is highly motivated, well organized, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Accountant Responsibilities: QuickBooks Desktop experience. (Required) Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience with creating financial statements. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Reports organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Document financial transactions by entering account information. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Provide technical support and advice on management. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Support month-end and year-end close process. The Company REAL Network Services, Inc.
