Locum - Physician - Psychiatry - Santa Rosa, CA (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description Start Date: End Date : Ongoing Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 6 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: NA Minimum Board Certification: Eligible Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 1-4 weeks What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA Looking for a provider who has 3-4 days of availability per week, we would prefer a full time but will take 3-4 days of coverage minimum. Start date is Feb 1 but we will start a provider sooner if they have a clean file as we do have approval for emergency privileges (1-4 weeks). End date on the PD is August but this will be ongoing until they can permanently hire. Providers should be bid with an 8 hour guarantee and OT to start after 8 hours. Lunch will be a half hour each day usually 1230-1 but is flexible.
