descriptionRN - Perio Services - SurgicalPerform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. Functions as Scrub Technician when needed. Coordinate, manage, provide and delegate patient care. Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice, and promoting cooperation among the health care team. This position is represented by CNA.requirementVariable Shift, start times 6am or 8am. 3 x 12s. BLS, PALS, ACLS, 5 years preop/phase 2/PACU experience. Backup Call/second call only for PACU. One weekend per 6 weeks and 1 weeknight per week/6 week schedule.Education and Work Experience:Graduate of a school of nursing: RequiredOne-year recent acute care RN experience in an operating room: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Current RN license in state of practice: RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredAdvanced Cardiovascular?Life Support (ACLS OR HS-ACLS OR RQIACLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required within 30 days of hireRegistered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: RequiredAHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
