Bartender

We are searching for a talented, motivated & energetic bartender to join our growing team at the Cape Cod Coffee @ Wareham Crossing! We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service & a positive attitude who is interested in learning about our coffee and our company! The right candidate will have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. If you are efficient, observant & knowledgeable, you're the one for the job. Responsibilities: Greet customers with a positive attitude and answer any questions they may have Take customers food and drink order with a positive attitude Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to the table in a timely manner Engage with customers in a friendly manner Clear and properly clean and set tables between uses Ensure tables are enjoying their meals & work with management to immediately address all customer concerns and maintain a pleasant dining experience Collect payment from customers in a timely manner Knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions Knowledge of our coffee blends, roasts, flavors & seasonal flavors with the ability to make suggestions Knowledge of our brand, all of our locations and events happening throughout the company Qualifications: Excellent people skills and a positive attitude Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment while exceeding customer's expectations Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with the rest of the team, especially the kitchen and other waitstaff 2+ years restaurant serving experience is preferred Familiarity with the Toast POS system is a plus Apply today and join the Cape Cod Coffee team!
