We have warm inbound leads, Maaco national marketing, and a 10X-backed growth strategy behind us. What we need is the person who converts those leads and stops them from walking out the door to a competitor. That person is our Sales Manager.THE OPPORTUNITYRight now, retail and insurance leads are coming in and not being converted at their full potential. We know it. 10X has confirmed it. With the right person running the sales function, we convert more, retain more, and grow more and that person gets paid directly for every bit of it.This is not an order-taking role. It is a revenue-generating role. You will own lead conversion, build the follow-up system that stops the leak, and lead the front-of-house team that makes the customer experience great. Here's the structure:- Base Salary: $75,000 per year guaranteed, set at hire based on experience-Lead Conversion Bonus: paid per converted retail and insurance job specific dollar amount confirmed at offer, based on average RO value and monthly volume targets. The more you close, the more you earn.-Monthly Revenue Bonus: paid when shop revenue exceeds monthly plan structured so a strong month for the shop is a strong month for your paycheck-CSI / Retention Bonus: tied to customer satisfaction scores and repeat business metrics meeting defined thresholds rewarding you for the quality of the conversion, not just the volume-Year-One Target: $75,000 $100,000+ for a strong first-year performer-Ceiling: None.
