Head of ECommerce (remote)
OverviewJump into this new and exciting role as a Director (Head) of E-Commerce developing the strategic growth plans for the online business. You have strong leadership skills, industry experience, and strong technical expertise in e-commerce. Build and execute the long-term growth strategy for the e-commerce group to drive revenue growth, customer experience, and increased market share. Move beyond the current approach with a new vision for growth and success. Oversee the operations of E-Commerce - e-commerce platforms, CRM, digital marketing, and content optimizations. Build and mentor the team - expansion of the team as needed.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the demand generation strategy working with the Product and Sales teams.
Own buyer engagement across all marketing channels.
Lead hands-on demand generation for enterprise‑facing software development companies, with success in delivering qualified leads to a B2B sales team, managing lead funnels and buyer engagement.
Build and mentor a high-performing E-Commerce team, with potential expansion as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy with product, marketing, and sales initiatives.
QualificationsTrack record of driving significant growth through e-commerce.
Experience with Amazon and Walmart (B2B) is preferred.
Proven capability in strategy and execution, leadership, and team growth.
Experience in a remote role with ability to travel 2–5 days per month.
