Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy, self-motivated Director of Sales to lead and inspire our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a positive and growth-driven leader with a proven track record in real estate sales. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance team performance.
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, onboard, and train top-performing agents; provide ongoing coaching and support to foster professional growth and success.
Performance Management: Set and monitor performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular reviews to ensure individual and team success.
Lead Management: Oversee lead generation and conversion processes, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and effective follow-up.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities; adjust strategies based on insights and competitive analysis.
Sales Process Optimization: Review and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; implement best practices to boost productivity.
Training and Support: Provide training on sales techniques, CRM systems, and lead management; assist with onboarding and training new agents.
Project Management: Plan and coordinate sales-related projects, including goal-setting and strategic initiatives to enhance team performance.
Compliance and KPI Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations; monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements.
Event Coordination: Organize and oversee sales events and activities to engage clients and generate new business opportunities.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and support promotional efforts tailored to agents' needs.
Coaching and Accountability: Coach agents on contracts, database management, COI marketing, CRM usage, and negotiation; conduct weekly accountability sessions.

Sales Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, client relationship management, and market trends.
Leadership and Team Development: Exhibit exceptional leadership skills in building, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales targets for individual team members and the overall team.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Maintain high rates of lead generation and conversion to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Team Development and Growth: Recruit, onboard, and train top-performing agents, aiming for team expansion and individual performance improvements.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
Market Penetration: Enhance market share and visibility through effective sales strategies and networking efforts.
Compensation:
This is a commission based role.
