Program Director

Program Director, Advanced Energy Systems | Onsite | Florida, USAA rapidly growing advanced energy technology company is seeking a Program Director to lead the development and commercialization of a first-of-a-kind power generation platform. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-visibility program spanning product development, manufacturing readiness, supplier management, testing, and market deployment.What You'll Do:Own program execution, including schedule, budget, milestones, and risk management.Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams.Lead product development activities from prototype and demonstration through production readiness.Manage strategic suppliers and external partners to ensure successful delivery of key technologies and systems.Coordinate testing, qualification, certification, and commercialization activities.Establish scalable program management processes, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Physics, or a related technical field.10+ years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary hardware development programs.Proven track record delivering products from concept through production.Experience managing external suppliers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience working within advanced energy, power generation, aerospace, defense, industrial equipment, or advanced manufacturing industries.If you think you're the right fit for this role, please apply here.
