We're hiring for a Senior Healthcare/Life Science Staffing Leader to build, scale, and lead a healthcare division through a turnaround and growth strategy, owning both vision and execution.What you will do:Lead a full turnaround and growth strategy for the healthcare staffing verticalDefine and execute go-to-market strategy, including target clients and service offeringsBuild and scale high-performing sales and recruiting teamsEstablish KPIs, operating rhythms, and performance management processesDevelop talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health)Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and client expansionEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing, and data privacyPartner cross-functionally with leadership across operations, tech, finance, and HRWhat we're looking for:Proven experience building and scaling a staffing vertical or business lineStrong background in healthcare staffing (nursing, allied, clinical, or healthcare IT, Life Science)Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic growth plansExperience leading senior leaders and driving accountabilityStrong understanding of KPIs, sales/recruiting metrics, and operating cadenceAbility to thrive in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environmentsTrack record of improving team performance and business outcomesRequired skills:Strategic planning and executionHealthcare staffing expertiseSales and recruiting leadershipPerformance management and KPI developmentCross-functional leadership and collaborationRequired education, training, experience:10+ years of staffing, recruiting, or sales leadership experienceSenior-level leadership experience in a staffing organizationExperience with healthcare compliance and credentialing requirementsWhat you get:Competitive six figure plus base salary + performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to build and lead a high-growth healthcare divisionDirect visibility and partnership with executive leadership
