This position blendsdeep technical expertise withproject leadership , making it ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems while mentoring others and engaging directly with clients.Working within a multidisciplinary team, this role supports projects from concept through completion, delivering measurable energy and cost savings while advancing sustainable design strategies.Key responsibilities include:Leading the design, development, and implementation ofenergy conservation measures for complex facilitiesPerforming energy audits, utility data analysis, anddefensible energy and cost savings calculationsCollaborating with sales, engineering, estimating, andproject management teams throughout project deliveryPresenting technical analyses, findings, andrecommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersStaying current on emerging energy technologies,regulations, and industry best practicesMentoring junior engineers and providing technicalguidance to project teamsSupporting project execution to ensure quality,accuracy, and consistency in deliverablesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in energy engineering or relateddisciplinesStrong expertise in one or more of the following: HVACsystems, building automation, renewable energy, or central plant designExperience working across multiple sectors such ashealthcare, education, government, or industrial environments stronglypreferredCertified Energy Manager (CEM) and/or ProfessionalEngineer (PE) license preferredStrong analytical, communication, and presentationskillsBenefitsCompetitive compensation package$130,000-$140,000Opportunity to work on high-impact,sustainability-driven projects nationwideCollaborative, team-oriented engineering environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitieswithin a respected organizationComprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, andadditional offerings)
