Coding Instructor - After School Program

Coding Instructor - Elementary to Middle School Students After School Program Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Coding Instructor to teach elementary and middle school students in our after-school program this coming fall season. This part-time role involves teaching 1-2 hours per week, focusing on coding and programming basics. Key Responsibilities Teach coding and programming lessons to students in grades K-8. Create a positive and engaging learning environment. Guide students through coding projects and activities. Communicate with program coordinators. Ensure the safe use of all materials and equipment. Be able to make a lesson plan and submit to us. Qualifications Experience in teaching or tutoring coding to children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about technology and education. Ability to manage a classroom effectively. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full duration of the program. Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
