Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Grants Pass, OR. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing, dispensing, and reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Other key duties include counseling patients on the proper use of medications, monitoring patients for potential drug interactions, supervising pharmacy technicians, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Pharmacist will also collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the pharmacy operations. Qualifications A valid Pharmacist license in the state of OregonKnowledge of pharmaceutical principles and medication safety protocolsStrong communication, collaboration, and patient counseling skillsProficiency with pharmacy management systems and recordkeepingAttention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulationsOrganizational, time management, and multitasking capabilitiesExperience in a retail pharmacy or LTC setting is a plus
