Lola’s on the Water is looking for an energetic, personable Bartender who loves creating memorable guest experiences just as much as crafting the perfect cocktail. Whether you’re pouring signature drinks, recommending favorites, or keeping the energy high on a busy night, you’ll be at the heart of the action. What You’ll Be Doing: Crafting delicious cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages with consistency and flair. Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and creating an experience they’ll want to come back for. Learning our menu so you can recommend pairings and upsell like a pro. Keeping the bar stocked, organized, clean, and guest-ready. Handling cash and POS transactions accurately. Working closely with servers and managers to keep service running smoothly. Following all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies. Bringing positive energy to every shift, even when the bar is three deep. What You Bring to the Table: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar. Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and speed. A team-first attitude and a strong work ethic. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsible alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain one).
