Automotive Parts Manager Jaffarian Automotive is seeking an experienced candidate to manage our parts operation. We are looking for someone with hands on skills and the dedication to lead our team to the next level.Responsibilities Ensures that all employees follow their assigned work schedules and adhere to the absenteeism, reporting and tardiness policyForecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet themHires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all parts department staffMeets and assists the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they needManage collision parts inventoryEnsures that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct locationMaintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areasAccurately prices parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keeps the computer system up to dateEnforces safety requirementsQualifications At least two years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferredTwo or more years of dealership experience preferredReynolds and Reynolds DMS experience preferredPrevious collision experience preferredExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicAbility to work well in a process driven environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle ReportWhat We Offer Work / life balanceHealth, Dental and Vision InsuranceProfit Sharing401KShort and Long Term DisabilityEEOE
