This working foreman role is responsible for daily supervision, production tracking, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.What You’ll DoSupervise and direct daily crew activities.Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.Track production and report daily quantities and progress.Maintain job site safety, quality, and schedule performance.Communicate with project management and other supervisors.Perform hands-on work as needed to support operations.What You BringProven leadership and field coordination experience.Ability to read plans and manage daily field operations.Strong organizational and communication skills.Dependability, accountability, and professional leadership.Ability to foster teamwork and maintain a productive work environment.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Education | ExperienceMinimum 3 years as a working foreman or leadman in heavy civil construction.Authorization to work in the United States.Experience on large-scale earthwork or infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
