Job OpportunityAbacus Staffing is seeking skilled material handlers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.Positions available as follows:Two openings for packers - RF scanner proficient, prepping pallets, building labels, understanding work orders and shipping labels, labelling cases - ability to read, write and understand English | $17 per hour | Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pmThree openings for general labor - heavy lifting - pallet loading, case pick, RF scanner proficient - ability to read, write and understand English | $16.50 per hour | Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pmDuties:Handle and transport materials or products to designated areasBuild, wrap, pack, and label pallets for shipmentLoad and unload materials from trucks or containersUtilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and ordersAssist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environmentPick orders accurately and efficientlyExperience:Proven experience in materials handling within a warehouse settingFamiliarity with shipping and receiving processesKnowledge of warehouse management systems is a plusExperience as an order picker is advantageousAbility to read, write and understand EnglishIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.Weekly Pay!Temp to hire$0.50 hourly incentive for perfect attendance
