The selected candidate will work for Stony Brook University's Department of Family, Population and Preventive Medicine as a full‑time, patient‑focused clinician in an ambulatory Patient Centered Medical Home setting that is collegial and team based. No inpatient requirements. The candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the teaching mission, research projects and collaborate on innovative evidence‑based patient care programs.
Qualifications
Required: MD or DO (or foreign equivalent), DEA Certification or eligibility; Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine; New York State Licensed or eligible. Graduate of an Accredited Family Medicine Residency Training Program.
Preferred: Three or more years primary care experience. Experience working in a patient centered medical home environment. Interest in teaching residents and medical students.

Non‑Tenure Track position.
FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
