Title: Fleet AdminIndustry: Beverage BrandLocation: Denver, CODuration: 9 months with potential to extendResponsibilitiesAssemble, maintain, and distribute all company fleet-related files such as fleet records, insurance, registration, and permitting for all company vehicles.Work closely with the Fleet Management Company daily regarding fleet records and processes.Manage vehicle titles, licenses, and registrations, ensuring current data is maintained in the database.Assist with the management, receiving, and distribution of new vehicles; set up and manage all new vehicles and drivers within Fleet Management Systems.Maintain a positive relationship with all fleet customers and partners, acting as a customer service champion.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of administrative experience.Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Excellent communication skills, ability to interact at all levels within the organization.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work effectively in diverse teams.Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).SkillsFleet ManagementAdministrative SupportRecord KeepingCustomer ServiceData ManagementMicrosoft OfficeAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsInventory ManagementTransportationHourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.ref_id: e631f12e-f2d6-45e9-8097-66e162ef0f9e
