What You’ll Do: Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, trenchers, and backhoes for the installation and maintenance of underground sewer and water systems Execute precise excavation, trenching, and grading per job specifications and blueprints Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate closely with laborers and pipe layers to meet project timelines Respond to emergency utility repairs, including water main breaks or sewer issues Maintain equipment logs and job reports as needed Follow OSHA guidelines and SiteWorks safety protocols at all times Operate with care near environmentally sensitive areas and comply with local regulations What We’re Looking For: Prior experience operating heavy equipment in construction, utilities, or excavation is preferred Familiarity with trenching, grading, and underground pipe installation is a plus Ability to read construction plans and perform work to spec Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver’s license preferred Why Join SiteWorks?
