Stakeholders have overwhelmingly praised our outstanding leadership and staff, noting that Oasis is the one provider that has filled the needs of their loved ones.Location: Avon, IN (and surrounding areas)Compensation: $40 per hourJob Summary: We are seeking a qualified Behavior Consultant to develop and implement behavior support strategies for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The consultant will work to promote self-esteem, increase independence, and facilitate community engagement.Key Responsibilities:Conduct behavioral assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.Monitor individual progress and provide consistent, structured support across home and school environments.Collaborate with caregivers, staff, and other team members (Case Managers, Program Managers) to ensure consistency in interventions and responses.Provide training and guidance to families and support staff on implementing behavior management techniques and clear expectations.Participate in quarterly and annual meetings to discuss consumer progress and ongoing concerns.Maintain documentation and reporting related to behavioral interventions and outcomes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's and Master's degree in one of the following fields: Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Mental Health Counseling No experience required, but it is a plus.
