Job DescriptionThe Facility Custodian is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the common areas within the facility, including the restrooms, offices and showroom. They work with a minimum of supervision to ensure his or her assigned areas are maintained in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition by performing various tasks using the necessary equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate for this position has at least one year of custodial/janitorial experience that includes knowledge of basic cleaning supplies and equipment and safety. They must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual.
