Company DescriptionLongevity Medicine & Sports Therapy is seeking a naturopathic physician (ND, NMD) to join our team. Our clinic focuses primarily on regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and anti-aging medicine, and we specialize in orthobiologic injections and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time onsite role for a Naturopathic Doctor at Longevity Medicine & Sports Therapy in Chandler, AZ. The Naturopathic Doctor will provide clients with personalized natural health solutions, diagnose and treat medical conditions, conduct physical examinations and lab tests, document patient histories, and provide education and guidance on lifestyle modifications for optimal health and wellness.The ideal candidate is a seasoned, self-driven professional with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, looking to join an established practice with mentorship opportunities.
