Facilities Coordinator (Contract)Location: Downtown Denver, COSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PMEmployment Type: Contract through end of yearWork Environment: Fully onsite in a professional corporate office environmentPay Rate: $28-29/hr, Parking/Public Transit reimbursement of $150/month offered through Lakeshore TalentPosition OverviewLakeshore Talent is partnering with a leading corporate organization to identify a professional and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator for a contract opportunity through the end of the year. This role will support daily office operations across multiple floors, including front desk reception, mail room coordination, meeting and event support, workspace management, and office relocation activities.The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk SupportProvide front desk and reception coverage, including answering and directing incoming calls and taking messagesGreet and check in visitors, issue access badges/cards, and direct guests appropriatelyMaintain a professional and welcoming office environmentCoordinate catering orders and communicate with vendors regarding delivery and setupOffice & Facilities CoordinationMaintain and order office supplies for multiple floorsConduct regular floor walks, inspections, and inventory checksAssist with office decommissioning activities, including clearing and vacating workspace areasSupport office moves and workstation coordination with employees, vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholdersAssist with an upcoming office relocation projectMail Room OperationsCollect, sort, and distribute incoming mailReceive, track, and distribute packagesCoordinate with delivery drivers and maintain organized package handling proceduresMeeting & Event SupportAssist with the setup and coordination of small and large meetings and office eventsSupport room preparation, vendor coordination, and event logistics under the guidance of leadershipDocument & File ManagementScan and digitize documents and imagesSave, organize, and name files according to established protocolsTrack project status and maintain organized shared file systemsRequired QualificationsExperience working in a professional corporate or office environmentStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced settingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilitiesAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams and vendorsComfortable following established procedures, schedules, and protocolsTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, including calendar management and communicationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliarity with shared drives, shared files, and online service platformsExperience with document scanning and digital file management preferredSchedule & Additional InformationMonday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PMFriday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PMOne-hour unpaid lunch break during middayTwo paid 15-minute breaks daily (morning and afternoon)Fully onsite role supporting multiple office floors and departments
