Role OverviewTotum Market and Eatery is seeking a Field Marketing and Partnerships Intern to support in store marketing execution, brand activations, and local growth initiatives at our flagship Tampa location.This role is focused on real world execution and direct exposure to emerging food, beverage, and wellness brands.You will work closely with store leadership and interact with founders, local businesses, and growing consumer brands while helping bring marketing initiatives to life in a physical retail environment.This is not a traditional desk based marketing role. It is designed for someone who wants "hands on" experience in brand building, partnerships, and customer engagement. This includes high quality organic meals, cold pressed juices/ lattes, developed cafe menus, well selected wines and a fantastic energy that drives community involvement.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage in store product demos with local brands, emerging food and beverage companies, and vendor partners including scheduling, setup, and executionServe as the point of contact for brands and demo representatives during activations to ensure a strong customer experience and brand presentationSupport development of local partnerships with residential buildings, corporate offices, and nearby communities to drive awareness and repeat purchasingAssist with building and executing meal prep and grocery partnerships including outreach, coordination, and in store integrationHelp execute in store events such as brewery collaborations, wine tastings, and community shopping experiencesSupport engagement with the surrounding neighborhood to increase foot traffic and customer frequencyWork alongside a content creator during in store shoots and brand activations to support execution and coordinationGather customer feedback during demos and events and share insights with the teamMaintain strong presentation standards for all demo areas, sampling stations, and promotional setupsIdeal CandidateStrong communicator who is comfortable interacting with customers, founders, and local business partnersInterested in food, beverage, wellness, or consumer brands and how products are brought to marketOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast paced environmentOutgoing and confident representing a brand in personWhat You Will GainHands on experience working directly with growing food and beverage brands and foundersExposure to how products are launched, marketed, and sold in a retail environmentExperience building partnerships with businesses and community groupsInvolvement in live events, brand activations, and in store marketing strategyClear path to a full time role within the parent company for strong performersBenefitsCompensation$22 per hourOpportunity to transition into a full time marketing or partnerships role
