Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and litigation, with a proven track record of success in handling complex real estate disputes.Responsibilities:Represent clients in all stages of real estate litigation, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trialConduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies for clientsDraft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other documents in state and federal courtsAttend court hearings and oral arguments, and participate in settlement conferences and negotiationsManage and prioritize a high volume of cases and ensure that all deadlines and client needs are metCollaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to provide the highest level of client service and achieve successful outcomesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide regular updates on case status and developmentsStay current on changes in real estate law, regulations, and industry trends, and integrate this knowledge into client representation and business development effortsQualifications:Requirements:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of MichiganMinimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law and litigationStrong knowledge of real estate law, including property ownership, land use, contracts, and zoningDemonstrated success in handling real estate litigation matters, including trials and appealsExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlinesClient-focused mindset with a commitment to providing the highest level of service and representationAbout Company:Our Reputation for Expertise: For nearly 4 decades, David Soble leads a legal team of real estate and probate experts that have made us "go-to" attorneys in the real estate and financial - legal arena throughout Michigan and Ohio.Collaborative Environment: We foster a highly supportive and collaborative work culture where your ideas and contributions are valued and implemented.We're not just hiring a role—we're building a future-ready team.
