Strong background in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operational leadership highly preferred.This position will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for a growing, highly technical product environment supporting regulated industries. The role will work closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to improve efficiency, drive accountability, and support continued operational growth.ResponsibilitiesLead manufacturing operations across production, quality, materials, and operational support teamsDrive process improvements focused on efficiency, throughput, quality, and on-time deliverySupport production planning, scheduling, inventory flow, and supplier coordinationPartner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on new products and operational improvementsMaintain and improve quality systems, audits, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiativesHelp develop scalable operational processes in a high-mix manufacturing environmentMonitor operational KPIs and proactively address production or supply chain issuesLead and mentor cross-functional teams while helping build a strong operational cultureQualificationsExperience leading operations within manufacturing, industrial, electronics, medical device, aerospace, or other regulated production environmentsStrong background in manufacturing operations, quality systems, continuous improvement, and supply chain coordinationExperience working in environments where precision, traceability, and compliance are importantComfortable operating as a hands-on leader rather than strictly from behind a deskStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyExperience scaling operations, improving processes, or supporting operational growth strongly preferredBachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field preferred
