Nurse Practitioner (NP)Location: Curwensville, PASchedule: Pay-Per-Encounter | Fee-for-Service | Flexible SchedulingEmployment Type: W-2Telos Health Systems is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as an in-house SNF-ist, providing general medicine care to geriatric residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF).
