Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Pediatric Therapy Department located in Plainfield, Indiana. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to work with outpatient and ABA learners as a part of our comprehensive therapy program.
Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for the Occupational Therapy department, including developing creative and effective programming, establishing best practices, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage the Occupational Therapy team once established, including supervision, scheduling, performance feedback, and fostering professional growth among team members.
Maintain a smaller personal caseload to allow for effective departmental management, staff support, and program development.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans for a wide variety of diagnoses.
Modify treatment plans as needed and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques to support functional, sensory, motor, and self-help skill development.
Complete prior authorization reports, evaluations, progress notes, quarterly updates, and all documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with BCBA’s, clinicians, families, and other providers to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Participate in teaching opportunities, student clinical education, and interdisciplinary program planning.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and mandatory training/licensure requirements.
Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, families, staff, teachers, and other providers.
Consistently demonstrate high integrity and alignment with the company’s core values.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT Registration
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana (or license eligible)
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Must be energetic and enjoy working with children
